Ledra Sky is a privately let apartment at 360 Nicosia, Afroditis 10, Nicosia 1060, Cyprus. This website, ledrasky.com, lets you send us an enquiry about staying at the apartment. For anything in this policy, contact us at stay@ledrasky.com.
When you send an enquiry through the form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, preferred dates, number of occupants, your message, and your phone number if you choose to give it. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp instead, we receive whatever you send us there.
The website itself collects nothing else. There are no analytics trackers and no advertising scripts on this site.
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange your stay. We do our own bookings, so your details stay with us. We never sell your information and we never pass it to third parties for marketing.
Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, and the website is hosted on Cloudflare. Each acts as a service provider under its own privacy terms. Email and WhatsApp messages are handled by those services in the usual way.
We keep enquiry details for as long as they're relevant to your enquiry or stay, then delete them.
Under the GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email stay@ledrasky.com and we'll sort it out.
